ACADEMICS ASSOCIATE
Works with our Academic Department to service clients/students, academic projects, curriculum production, and immersion in the realm of online learning. Receive training in the marketing, sales, and customer service processes of an online educator and publishing firm.
BUSINESS ASSOCIATE
A unique opportunity for someone with entrepreneurial aspirations. Gain experience with prospect and client interaction, vendor communication, as well as marketing, sales, and customer service, and other day-to-day processes of small businesses.
FINANCIAL ASSOCIATE
Receive training in the Accounts Receivable/Internal Reporting, Loan Processing, and Billing Services departments. A unique opportunity to be involved in the general accounting and finance practices including accounts payable, accounts receivable and account reconciliation processes. Budget analysis, variance reporting, data collection and analysis.
GRAPHIC ASSOCIATE
An opportunity to learn and be mentored in Graphic Design. Learn how to design sales brochures, print ads, digital ads, and design logos. Assist with creating exhibition/media kits, develop design concepts for upcoming projects and marketing strategies, eNewsletter design, update existing collateral material, and other creative functions.
LOAN OFFICER ASSOCIATE (FINANCE ASSOCIATE)
Learn from Senior Loan Officers at Indiana’s largest privately owned mortgage business. Become an integral part in the finance process by assisting lenders with obtaining financial documents, reviewing financial documents, identifying financial discrepancies, and retrieving financial data from borrowers.
MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Be trained and supervised alongside the Director of Marketing on the strategic inbound and outbound marketing plans, online advertising, press releases, social media campaigns, and content writing for 10 branded companies.
TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
Learn from a staff of a telecommunications small business and Tier 3 data center. Be trained in day-to-day operations of the business, receive additional training/supervision specific to both Network+ and Security+, assist with the conversion of 28,000 Subway franchise telecommunication systems, program communication devices and resolve support tickets.
WEB DESIGN ASSOCIATE
Learn from web designers of 10 privately owned small businesses. Review and evaluate existing website designs and look for ways to improve them, design and develop websites ensuring strong optimization and functionality, code web pages utilizing HTML and XML, and programming languages including JavaScript, PHP and Action Script.
